We recommend giving your Pediport device at least 14 days of consistent use to experience its full results. However, if after this period you’re not fully satisfied, you may request a refund within our 60-day money-back guarantee window.

To start a return or refund request, please contact our support team at support@pediport.com with your order details. Our team will guide you through the simple return process and ensure your experience is handled with care.


Need to Change Your Mind?

If you need to change, update, or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it at support@pediport.com.

We process and prepare orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, so after this 24-hour window, we may already be in full swing preparing your shipment and may not be able to make any changes.

We’ll always do our best to accommodate your request when possible, but reaching out as soon as possible gives you the best chance to make adjustments before your order ships.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at support@pediport.com.

Include your order number and clear photos showing the damage or defect. Once received, our team will review your claim and determine whether you qualify for a free replacement after verification.

Please note: claims submitted after the 72-hour window may not be eligible for replacement.


Shipping & Delivery

We strive to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. However, Pediport is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, pilfered, delayed, or misdelivered once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

If you experience a delivery issue, please reach out to your local carrier or postal service with your tracking information. We’ll always do our best to assist you, but final delivery responsibility rests with the shipping provider.
